RE/MAX Alliance Franchise Owner named 128th Most Powerful Person in Residential Real Estate for 2013
We were recently delighted to receive the news that broker/owner of RE/MAX Alliance, Chad Ochsner, was named the 128th most influential person in residential real estate for 2013. We could not be happier to share this news with you and attribute this success to each and every agent and support staff’s hard work. To put this achievement in perspective, Swanepoel.com defines the residential real estate sector as a $55 billion dollar industry and only looks at the companies and/or individuals who generate the largest percentages of their income from residential sales. Wow! Your dedication has helped make our brand the #1 RE/MAX Franchise in the World for Agent Count and Sales Volume in 2010, 2011, 2012, and hopefully again in 2013, but we will have to wait until it is announced at the 2014 R4 convention in March!
When asked about future insights, Ochsner projected by saying, “2014 will be a healthy, strong market for the Front Range and we can expect to see a return to a more ‘normalized’ buying and selling year, which our industry hasn’t seen in quite some time.” He also said that RE/MAX Alliance will continue to focus on smart strategic growth and partnerships with mortgage and insurance institutes, as well as provide the best facilities, tools, brokerages, and services to our 800+ Realtors!
