The process for buying a home is A LOT as I’m sure you are finding out.

This link will take you to a home buyer guide that may be of some help to you. Skip to page 9 to look at the steps.

Step 1: Finding out how much you can afford and speaking to a mortgage lender or broker and getting pre-approved.

Step 2: Meeting with Ben and I (finding a real estate agent) at our RE/MAX Alliance office in Fort Collins. We hope you will use us!

Step 3: Finding the home you want to purchase (we will look at as many as it takes)

Step 4: Submitting your offer (we will walk you through this and help you write a competitive offer and we will negotiate on your behalf)

After that we will help you through title, home inspections, possible negotiation of repairs, and work with your loan officer to help everything run smoothly with your loan until closing day.
