DIA’s Dining Buzz: The New and Best Restaurants, Bars and Cafes

Our very own DIA is turning into its own destination! Thrillist ranked DIA 8th in the U.S. for best food and beverage. The dining scene among concourses are always changing. Here is the latest buzz (courtesy of Denver Eater):

CONCOURSE C

ROOT DOWN:  As one of Denver’s favorite field-to-fork restaurants, this outpost is one of the top three most impressive dining experiences at the airport. It’s also DIA’s first Certified Green Business and launched an airport composting program!

WOODY CREEK BAKERY & CAFÉ: Brand new to the concourse! Breakfast lovers, this is a must-stop!

There are 20+ restaurants, coffee shops and bars at Concourse C. See the full list here.

CONCOURSE B

MODMARKET: Opening at the beginning of 2015, this eatery is famous for its healthy choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner on-the-go.

STEVE’S SNAPPIN’ DOGS: Located on Denver’s East Colfax, this casual airport spot takes their gourmet dogs seriously. It is considered by Denver Eater one of the top three restaurants in the whole airport.

ELWAY’S: The quintessential steakhouse popular in Denver brings luxury dining to the airport. Rocky Mountain favorites are the menu’s focus: steaks, rack of lamb, and the signature Smash Burger is great to go.

JEPPESSEN TERMINAL

As the great hall of DIA, the terminal has created fun dining experiences like a pop-up beer garden. Airport planners are talking about expanding the retail space for more restaurants and possibly relocating the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) check point to a new location. Until then, here’s their list of eateries and bars.

CONCOURSE A

Home to Colorado favorites Denver ChopHouse and the New Belgium Spoke, you can see their full list here.
