RE/MAX Alliance and Home Mortgage Alliance have recently teamed up for the Alliance Offers Modern Bridge Solution powered by zavvie. The Modern Bridge is especially notable in today’s market where inventory is limited. Homes are selling quickly, but Sellers are concerned about finding a new home to buy. This new Modern Bridge allows you to buy your next home with certainty and convenience before selling your existing home. The Modern Bridge Program can either help you purchase a new home, or buy your existing home. Either way, you get full market value for your current home, maximizing net proceeds for purchasing power on the new home.
The third home selling option is called Instant Sale. There are many different types of buyers in the market, including iBuyers.
