Colorado Front Range 4th of July Celebrations

Summer is officially here in Colorado, and the 4th of July is the perfect time to celebrate! The Independence Day holiday falls on a Monday this year, perfect to plan a long weekend of family fun! There are plenty of free firework displays to attend around the front range area, but be sure to check fire restrictions, and websites in case of cancellations. So, grab a blanket, and find the closest display, or stay at home and enjoy the fireworks from your own backyard! Use this guide to find your local area’s fireworks schedule for this year, so you can make your plans to celebrate!
It’s also important to note that any fireworks that leave the ground or explode are illegal in Colorado. Before celebrating with fireworks, or starting a campfire, be sure to check with your local City office and County Sheriff’s office for updates and changes on fire restrictions. Or review the fireworks safety information from the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control.
Wishing you a happy and safe 4th!
